PAPS - Project Allocation Programme Scheme

We encourage all members after accreditation, to continue to develop their expertise through further training and attendance of recommended seminars etc.
In addition we operate a "Project Allocation Programme Scheme" known as PAPS whereby all Trainees and accredited members can upgrade their membership status on an annual points basis.  This is done by allocating projects to existing members, which are assessed and given points awards by the Academic Sub Committee.  The scheme enables Trainees to progress to Associates, in some cases after one year of membership, and assists Associates to progress to Fellows before they have gained six years experience.
Fellows are encouraged to obtain Silver and eventually Gold status, by completing ongoing learning projects.
